(More customer reviews)Very pleased with this product. The package came with all hardware and installation accessories (including a drill bit!) so there's no need for a trip to the hardware store. Seems pretty sturdy but I would not exceed the specified 10 lb. weight limit. Instructions cover both ceiling and wall mount models. Read carefully.
